The BharatBenz 1415R comes standard with a 4.4-litre 4D34i diesel engine, the maximum power and maximum torque outputs of which are rated at 150 PS and 460 Nm respectively. The transmission unit on duty is a 6-speed G85 manual gearbox, which also comes integrated with a 362mm single-plate dry clutch which is hydraulically actuated.

Exterior

The centre console has a squared design, which gets controls the audio system and manual AC. There are a few open storage spaces above the closed glovebox on the co-passenger side and below the centre console.
