Ultra series is designed for medium-duty trucks and the weight of the vehicles ranges from 10 to 16 tonnes. The prices of the vehicles vary from ₹18 lakh to ₹30 lakh. Ultra series vehicles are designed for city distribution, regional cargo and container operations. Another important feature of the Ultra series is the modern cabin and better comfort for the driver, which is important for long hours of driving. Signa Series:

The Signa series includes a range of heavy duty construction, mining and long haul trucks, and typically has GVW ratings of 16 – 49 tonnes with a purchase price ranging from ₹30 lakhs to ₹55 lakhs. Signa trucks have factory assembled cabins, a very robust chassis construction and are designed for applications that will subject them to rigorous operation. They come in several different body types, including tipper vehicle bodies, cargo truck bodies and tractor trailer truck bodies, for use across a variety of industries such as infrastructure development, bulk goods transportation and others. The heavy duty Signa trucks are in direct competition with heavy duty trucks produced by BharatBenz and Ashok Leyland.

Prima Series:

Tata Motors has introduced their top-of-the-line large trucks in their Prima Model Line. Primarily used in long distance and heavy hauls; Tata's Prima model range has an overall vehicle weight (GVW) that ranges between 28 tons and greater than 55 tons. Pricing of the Prima trucks start at approximately ₹40 lakh; however, pricing can exceed ₹60 lakh depending on the configuration selected. The Prima trucks have an emphasis on producing more power, providing the driver with more comfort, and utilizing the latest technological advancements, which make the Prima truck line an excellent choice for fleet operators who transport products in long-distance logistics throughout their operations. Each of the Prima trucks are available with either a tractor-trailer configuration or a multi-axle cargo configuration, which are then competitively priced and sold against other premium brands of trucks manufactured by BharatBenz and Volvo Truck Company.
