Euler Motors Introduces Real-Time Vehicle Assistance Solution Across Major Cities

Euler Motors has launched an all new support program called Euler Prime, aimed at offering its customers of commercial electric vehicles with real-time, on-the-spot vehicle support across over 45 cities in India.

In its first phase, the rollout will cover cities including Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur and Patna. The system is centred around the firm's proprietary telematics system: Shepherd, a vehicle‑intelligence management platform which provides live diagnostics, remote monitoring and predictive maintenance. 

In the case of a breakdown or malfunction, whether within the city limits or on the outskirts, specially trained "Prime" teams will be dispatched on mobile units. In urban breakdowns, the target time to reach and help will be 90 minutes, while for outer-city or highway incidents, resolution will be aimed at four to five hours, depending on the location.

The service model switches from reactive vending of repairs to proactive, on‑the‑go support, designed to minimize vehicle downtime and help keep commercial EV' operations consistent. Euler Prime access is available for both new customers and those already with an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), with existing customers outside of an AMC able to opt in, by paying for the support.

According to the company's spokesperson, Euler Prime marks a significant milestone in delivering a seamless EV‑ownership experience that places utmost priorities on uptime, responsiveness, and reliability. With this move, Euler Motors underlines a broader trend among makers of electric vehicles: as electric fleets reach scale, supporting them requires more than just good hardware, but also a robust service ecosystem. To logistics firms and commercial EV fleet operators, predictable, quick support-as Euler claims with Euler Prime-could make the difference between profitable deployment and losses due to downtime.

Euler Motors, with Euler Prime and Shepherd, is trying to de-risk EV fleet operations in its effort to reassure fleet owners that help will never be far away, and in that way, the EV commercial operations will remain efficient, reliable, and viable.
