To accelerate the acceptance of Eicher's electric vehicle portfolio—especially the recently introduced Eicher Pro X line of Small Commercial Vehicles (SCVs)—VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) has teamed with top EV charging solutions provider Statiq. By providing Eicher consumers with easy access to more than 8,000 charging stations throughout India, this alliance greatly increases convenience and uptime for EV drivers.
Working under this strategic agreement, Statiq covers both AC and DC chargers and becomes a preferred partner for charger supply and installation. The more general innovation is the incorporation of the strong charging network of Statiq into the My Eicher application One platform will provide users real-time access to charging stations, open tariff information, and clever navigation. First in the commercial EV market.
"We're building an ecosystem, not just trucks," stated Abhishek Chaudhary, SVP of Sales & Marketing, SCV, VECV. "We are providing a smarter, more dependable charging experience by working with Statiq and including their network into our linked fleet solution. This is a first towards quickening Indian sustainable transportation.
From the other side of the cooperation, Statiq CEO and founder Akshit Bansal said: "This is a significant turning point with VECV. We are immediately delivering our expanding charging infrastructure to Eicher's EV consumers, therefore streamlining their switch to electric. For commercial EV mobility, this is a major advance with tech at the core.
Still, the alliance goes beyond infrastructure. With 24/7 call center access, service ticket tracking, maintenance assistance, even a dedicated Point of Contact (POC) system to guarantee better operations, VECV and Statiq will also collaborate to create a support ecosystem.
The software will map charging hubs, stressing areas with enough space and facilities—qualities very important for commercial fleets. Additionally carried out to help fleet operators and lower total cost of ownership will be preferential tariffs and promotional campaigns.
Looking forward, the cooperation will investigate turnkey projects for running, maintaining, and building up EV charging stations. Anticipated shared infrastructure, mobile charging solutions, and income-sharing schemes will let even more companies set up charging stations.
This cooperation is a big step toward a cleaner, more linked future, not just an economic move. VECV and Statiq are together redefining India's commercial EV scene to make it more accessible, efficient, and ready for tomorrow.
