New Delhi, August 04, 2025 — OPG Mobility has named Maharana Ray as its new President and Chief Growth Officer (CGO). The company, previously known as Okaya EV, made the announcement today. Ray will now lead the company’s electric vehicle business, including its key brands—Ferrato and OTTOOPG.

He will focus on expanding markets. He will build partnerships. He will develop the brand and grow the business. His role covers both India and international markets. The goal is clear: accelerate OPG Mobility’s growth in the fast-evolving EV market in India.

Ray brings over 20 years of experience. He has worked across auto, energy, and electric mobility sectors. Most recently, he served as Vice President at Chetak Electric (Bajaj Auto). There, he led network expansion, planned strategy, and improved customer experience. He helped the brand grow across India.

Ray has worked in 16 countries. His expertise spans sales, service, spares, channel management, and HR. He graduated from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He also trained at IIM Ahmedabad. His leadership style blends execution with vision.
