Eicher Launches New Delhi Dealership for Pro X Range  

Eicher Trucks & Buses has launched a new dealership in Delhi for its Pro X range. The facility sits in Nangli Poona Industrial Area, right on NH-1 GT Karnal Road. Mohan Tractors Pvt. Ltd. runs the outlet, offering sales, service, and spares under one roof.

The dealership serves key sectors like e-commerce, FMCG, and courier services. It is designed with a digital-first mindset. Inside, customers can choose truck features directly. They can pick cargo bodies, fuel types, load decks, and even color options—all with live, interactive tools.

"This new dealership underscores our commitment to shaping the future of last-mile logistics through smart, sustainable, and customer-first solutions."

One major feature is real-time support. The site connects directly to Eicher’s Uptime Center. The system tracks vehicle status and boosts availability. Trained technicians, doorstep service bikes, and GPS-enabled breakdown help cut downtime.

The outlet also backs the shift to electric. It has EV chargers, both fast and slow, plus dedicated EV service bays. Eicher partners with charging point operators, offering access to over 14,000 EV stations nationwide. Buyers can explore the Eicher Pro X EV, a truck shaped with direct customer input. Visitors can also test-drive demo trucks and see application displays of the Pro X line.

This new space supports Eicher’s “born-digital” network approach, blending physical and online services. It shows the brand’s deep push into sustainable and data-driven transport.

VE Commercial Vehicles, a Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture has shaped India’s truck market since 2008. With this launch, the company strengthens its footprint and its promise to future-ready fleets.
