The commercial vehicle industry is in high demand among logistics and end-use industries in India since logistical transportation and associated operations involve the usage of trucks which deliver the best performance. After all, without performance-oriented trucks that reduce downtime quite substantially, fleet operations will not be efficient as required by logistics.
However, manufacturers are always trying their level best to produce even more efficient and performance-based trucks through their immense Research & Development processes and advanced manufacturing facilities in the country to facilitate efficient operations for logistics.
Popular brands such as Ashok Leyland and Tata Motors among others are great examples of manufacturers that conduct R&D to develop superior trucks. As a matter of fact, they showcased great products at the Auto Expo 2023, an automobile exhibition held at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, which resonates with superior performance and reliability that is achieved through consistent R&D.

Particularly, at the Auto Expo 2023, Ashok Leyland displayed several advanced mobility solutions developed through enhanced R&D such as a battery-powered electric vehicle, a fuel cell electric vehicle, Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) equipped vehicle, an LNG Vehicle, Intercity CNG Bus and a mini passenger bus.
Moreover, all the products from Ashok Leyland showcased seem to be advanced thanks to cutting-edge technology and superior engineering. Further, Tata Motors also showcased superior powertrain-equipped trucks and buses which are top-class in every sense. They at the Auto Expo 2023 unveiled its wide range of safer, smarter and greener mobility solutions.

Apart from these brands Cummins India made a debut with the Commercial Vehicle Industry's first fuel-agnostic platform and its diverse range of Hydrogen Technologies power solutions.
