Mayuri E-Rickshaw is built for cities. It runs on electric power and serves both passengers and cargo. Its compact design suits narrow roads. Its strong body handles daily loads. With solid range and fast charging, Mayuri is a trusted brand in India's electric rickshaw market.
Battery: What Powers the Mayuri Rickshaw
Every Mayuri rickshaw runs on a battery pack. The type depends on the model.
The Mayuri Pro Star uses a 51.2 V, 105 Ah lithium-ion battery. This battery gives better life, faster charging, and comes with a 3-year warranty.
The Pro Flexi 48 and Grand models use a 48 V battery. These models usually come with lead-acid batteries or lower-capacity lithium packs. They're cheaper, but they need more charging time and give less life.
For most city routes, both battery types work well. However, lithium-ion offers better value in the long run.
Range: How Far Mayuri Can Go
Range is crucial. Drivers earn more when they drive more.
The Mayuri Pro Star, Mayuri Grand, and PRO 1000 models deliver a range of 80–90 km per charge.
The Mayuri 950, a cargo-focused loader, uses five large batteries. It delivers up to 130–150 km per charge. This extended range is helpful for delivery runs or village-to-town rides.
If you're carrying passengers, 80 km is enough for a day’s work. For cargo routes, longer range adds real value.
Charging Time: How Quickly Mayuri Returns to Work
Charging time matters to every driver. Time spent charging is time lost earning.
The Pro Star charges in about 5 hours. Its lithium-ion pack supports quick charging.
The Grand and Pro 1000 take 8 hours. These models usually have lead-acid batteries.
The Mayuri 950, due to its five-battery setup, takes 8–10 hours to fully charge.
Drivers who charge overnight can avoid downtime. For fast rotation, lithium packs help.
