The lower half of the front profile of the Piaggio Ape City has a dumbbell-shaped panel in its upper part, with rounded headlamps and turn indicators integrated on the bulging sides and the Piaggio logo sitting within a small trapezoidal housing in the middle. The Piaggio Ape City is available with a removable soft top and body-coloured hinged side doors, with the rickshaw having a flat perch having a seating capacity of three people.
