BharatBenz Opens New Dealership in Jammu to Boost Regional Network

BharatBenz has opened a new truck and bus dealership in Jammu to make it easier for transporters and businesses in the region to buy and service their vehicles. The new facility has been launched by Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), the company that makes BharatBenz trucks and buses.

The dealership is managed by PPS Trucking and is located at Kartholi Village, Birpur on National Highway 44. This is one of North India's busiest highways; it connects Delhi, Jammu and Srinagar.

This location will serve truck operators traveling across important cities such as Srinagar, Jammu, Pathankot, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Delhi, and Himachal Pradesh. The dealership will also support customers from districts like Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri, Reasi, Ramban, and Kishtwar.

The facility is not just a showroom but also a large service center. It features eight service bays and can handle more than 2,700 vehicles a year over an area of 22,000 square feet.

It has modern tools, diagnostic machines, and wheel alignment equipment to handle all kinds of repair and maintenance. There are 35 trained technicians working here, and the dealership also provides 24x7 roadside assistance through two mobile vans.

Customers will also get quick service options, preventive maintenance programs, and spare parts availability, which will help reduce downtime for vehicles.
