The engine which powers the Mahindra Furio 17 is a 3.5-litre mDi tech four-cylinder diesel engine equipped with technologies like EGR and SCR. Here in the Mahindra Furio 17, this engine produces a maximum power output of 138 bhp, while the peak torque output produced by this engine is 525 Nm. The standard transmission available in the Mahindra Furio is a 6-speed Overdrive Synchro manual gearbox, while it has a fuel tank measuring 190 litres.&nbsp;

The durability of the Mahindra Furio 17 is very much dependent on the capable heavy-duty suspension setup, which consists of leaf springs at both front and rear. Here, in the Furio 17, the rear suspension unit comprises a semi-elliptical setup, thus enabling the truck to have an additional load carrying capacity and better sustainability. The Mahindra Furio 17 comes equipped with 275/80 R 22.5 tyres.&nbsp;

Compared to other medium-duty trucks, the Mahindra Furio 16 has a sense of distinctiveness in its overall design. The Mahindra Furio 17 comes with a vertically-aligned front fascia, the upper half of which is covered wholly by the rectangular windscreen. In the lower half of the front profile, the Furio 17 comes with two small horizontally-aligned air vents in the blacked-out housing, which is located below the windscreen. There lower edges of the windscreen also feature additional triangular bulges, which come in-built with air vents for aid in aerodynamics. The lower part of the Furio 17 gets a horizontally-stretched grille, which has tooth-shaped vertical chrome slats, with block-shaped headlamps having in-built turn indicators placed adjacent to it. The front bumper here is body-coloured and comes armed with rounded fog lamps.

The lower part of the Mahindra Furio 17's front profile looks modern with its toothed design for the grille and large block-themed headlamps.

The Mahindra Furio 17 has a functional-looking cabin, which looks quite basic due to an all-grey layout. The centre console of the dashboard has black housings around the AC vents and music system. The simple-looking driver&rsquo;s cockpit of the Mahindra Furio 17 consists of a four-spoke steering wheel and an analogue instrument console with a digital MID in between. The corners of the dashboard here are adorned with rounded AC vents.

The all-grey cabin of the Mahindra Furio 17 gets a nice contrast from the black-coloured centre console.

The list of features available in the Mahindra Furio 17 is very limited, with the truck getting only the essential features like a 12V power outlet, 1-DIN music system and manual air conditioning as standard.
