The fender over the front wheel has a blacked-out finish, and above the front fender, there is a black garnish housing a Mahindra logo in the middle. The passenger cabin and opposite-facing seats of the e-Alfa Mini have been replaced here by a flat deck, which is decently big to carry 310 kg of load.

The Mahindra e-Alfa Cargo features rounded headlamps with turn indicators in rounded trapezoidal housing and a blacked-out fender over the front wheel.
