The Mahindra Alfa Load is an entry-level three-wheeled auto-rickshaw positioned below its passenger-carrying version. It gets a 436cc single-cylinder diesel engine, which is paired with a 4-speed manual gearbox and produces 7.4 bhp of power and 18 Nm of torque. It shares much of its design with the passenger-carrying version of the Mahindra Alfa, with a grey theme for the surrounds for the headlamps, front fender and central garnish.

The Mahindra Alfa Load is powered by a four-stroke, single-cylinder, 436cc diesel engine, which is smaller than the 597cc engine of the passenger-carrying version of the Alfa. Paired to a 4-speed manual gearbox, this 436cc diesel engine of the Mahindra Alfa Load is capable of pumping out a maximum power output of 7.4 bhp, while its peak torque output is rated at 18 Nm.&nbsp;

The 436cc diesel engine of the Mahindra Alfa Load is smaller than the 597cc engine of the passenger-carrying version of the Mahindra Alfa. This engine produces 7.4 bhp of power and 18 Nm of torque.

The Mahindra Alfa Load comes with a suspension setup comprising a single-sided hydraulic shock absorber at the front and shock absorbers at the rear. Fulfilling the braking duties of the Mahindra Alfa DX are hydraulic brakes with an auto adjuster present at both front and rear.&nbsp;

With hydraulic brakes having an auto adjuster at each of its wheels, the Mahindra Alfa Load comes with a single-sided hydraulic shock absorber at the front and shock absorbers at the rear.

The overall dimensions of the Mahindra Alfa Load are a length of 3015mm, a width of 1460mm and a height of 1700mm, while its deck at the back has a length of 1590mm, a width of 1460mm and a height of 320mm. The Mahindra Alfa Load also claims to have a wheelbase of 2005mm and a turning radius of 3.5m. While the kerb weight of the Mahindra Alfa Load is 995 kg, its payload is 470 kg.

The Mahindra Alfa Load claims 470 kg of payload capacity from its deck at the back, which measures 1590mm long, 1460mm wide and 320mm tall.

The design of the Mahindra Alfa Load is very much the same as that of its passenger-carrying version, which makes it quite big and wide for its size and segment positioning. The upper half of the front profile of the Mahindra Alfa Load gets a curved windscreen, while the lower half of it has other basic amenities. This lower profile looks wide and has a curved design consisting of rounded halogen headlamps and amber turn indicators within trapezoidal housings finished in a theme of grey. Even the central garnish above the front wheel has the Mahindra logo and the front fender is finished in a theme of grey. The side door panels and the deck at the back of the Mahindra Alfa Load are also finished in the body colour.&nbsp;

Sharing its front design with the passenger-carrying Alfa, the Mahindra Alfa Load comes with halogen headlamps and tail lamps in grey-themed housings on the lower front apron. 

Even the cabin and set of features in the Mahindra Alfa Load are shared with the passenger-carrying version of the Alfa. This three-wheeled autorickshaw comes with a handlebar setup with an analogue instrument console in the middle and halogen headlamps and tail lamps on the outside.&nbsp;

The very basic equipment list of the Mahindra Alfa Load features an analogue instrument console in the middle of the handlebar and halogen illumination for the headlamps and tail lamps.
