The Kinetic Safar Smart has been positioned in the entry-level utilitarian people mover segment, but it impresses with its modern yet simplistic design. The Kinetic Safar Smart is available with a 1.2 kW BLDC motor and a choice of two battery packs &ndash; 4 kWh lithium-ion and 140 Ah lead-acid, both of which claim to deliver a range of 100 km and a charging time of 2 hours.&nbsp;

The basic powertrain setup of the Kinetic Safar Smart consists of a 1.2 kW BLDC type motor and a small battery setup. The Kinetic Safar Smart&rsquo;s motor can propel it to reach a top speed of 25 kmph. The Safar Smart is offered with two battery pack options &ndash; a 4 kWh lithium-ion battery and a 140 Ah lead-acid battery. Both these battery pack options claim to deliver a maximum range of 100 km and take 2 hours for a complete charging process.

The Kinetic Safar Smart is provided with hydraulic telescopic forks for the front wheel and coil shocks for the rear wheels. The Kinetic Safar Smart is also equipped with a 130mm drum brake on the front wheel and 160mm drum brakes on each of the rear wheels.

For an entry-level three-wheeler, which is designed for basic short-distance commutes, the Kinetic Safar Smart has a nice eye-pleasing design which doesn&rsquo;t seem like it is built to a cost. This three-wheeler comes with a rakish front windscreen, which has rounded edges on all four corners and a black garnish for the windscreen wiper mounts. The rearview mirrors of the Kinetic Safar Smart are mounted on the body-coloured pillars on the sides of the windscreen. 
The Safar Smart also comes with a black garnish for the surrounds for the rounded halogen headlamps on either side, which also house amber turn indicators on their outer corners. There is a tiny grille in the middle of the headlamp housings, which has a nice-looking chrome garnish above it. The Kinetic Safar Smart also comes with a body-coloured front fender, seat bases and rear fenders, with a soft top for the canopy above its cabin. There is a metallic partition between the rear cabin of the Kinetic Safar Smart and its front cabin, which has a mesh design.

At the front, the Kinetic Safar Smart has black surrounds for the headlamps and turn indicators, with a mesh grille and chrome garnish in between them. 

The Kinetic Safar Smart features a basic equipment list comprising of an analogue instrument console, rounded rear view mirrors and a seat at the back for accommodating three people at max.
