Force TRAVELLER DELIVERY VAN Latest Update

Force Motors Ltd is an Indian multinational automotive manufacturer that produces commercial vans of different kinds in India. The vehicles produced by the brand are robust and durable thanks to their light and strong pressed steel body. It is also one of the largest commercial vehicle manufacturers in India known for producing delivery vans that cater for last-mile delivery services and logistics that demand timely movement of goods in and out of their warehouses.

At present, due to the growing demand for delivery vans by logistics and services in India, Force India has produced a delivery van that has potentially achieved permanent recognition in the transportation and delivery sector. It is none other than the Force Traveller Delivery Van, a vehicle that has already established its presence in the commercial world. 

The Force Traveller 3050 is a sufficiently powerful vehicle that is available in red and white paint schemes. The BS6 iteration of the vehicle comes at an approximate price ranging between Rs.8.64 Lakh - Rs.10.61Lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The delivery van is propelled by a Mercedes-derived powerful 4-cylinder FM2.6CR ED engine that generates 115hp of power and 350Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

Force TRAVELLER DELIVERY VAN Detailed Overview

    As mentioned earlier, The Force Traveller delivery van comes equipped with a Mercedes-based 4-cylinder FM2.6CR ED engine that generates 115hp of power and 350Nm of torque. The motor comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The vehicle gets compression ignition based TCIC engine technology that is known for providing the best fuel efficiency figures. It has decent driveability that lets the delivery van even travel on steep terrains. In addition to this, the vehicle also comes equipped with an efficient manual steering system that not only lessens the steering effort but also makes manoeuvring the vehicle much easier.

    The Force Traveller Delivery features Spring Semi elliptical Anti-roll bar integrated Hydraulic telescopic double-acting suspension at front and Spring Semi elliptical Hydraulic telescopic suspension at the rear. The van offers a well-balanced suspension setup that is neither floaty nor stiff. They provide decent comfort for the driver and passengers and perform extremely well under tension. The front as well as rear suspension even out most of the bumps on the road.

    As for the brakes, the front end is equipped with disc brakes while the rear comes fitted with drum brakes. They function efficiently even in wet weather conditions thanks to the ABS and EBD system with auto slack adjuster.

    The Force Traveller Delivery Van is 6970mm long, 1900mm wide and 2550mm tall. It has a wheelbase of 4020mm. The Traveller has a Gross Vehicle Weight of 4375kg and it has a ground clearance of 200mm. It also comes with a tank capacity of 70 Litres.

    The Traveller delivery van gets a spacious and practical cabin. In addition to the adjustable driver's seat, it also gets a power-assisted steering wheel and lots of storage spaces. Apart from these, the vehicle has a Monocoque body that ensures safety and car-like ride quality.
