Rajesh went all the way to Noida where he wanted to get his truck modified from Pro Camper. Upon reaching the location, he met with the Founder of Pro Camper, Mr. Dhruv North, who assisted him and showcased the modifications that they offer.

The truck modifications are limitless, you can even have a balcony that can fold inside when driving. Imagine sitting out and looking at the world without leaving your cabin. A full bathroom with a wash basin, and the kitchen is so functional that you could cook a proper meal without leaving the truck. A washing machine, loads of storage units, windows with mosquito mesh and a 200-liter water tank.

It is literally like packing a house into a truck. You want comfort, you got it. You want a panoramic view, it has that too. It is weirdly satisfying to see this level of thought going into a vehicle most of us only notice from the outside.

Inspiration from a Luxury Caravan

The team took cues from a big luxury caravan build. Some of the standout bits include:

• Air Conditioning: 2.5 KW engine-driven AC plus an additional 1-ton unit at the back.
  
• Living Space: Sofa, kitchen, big fridge, overhead storage and two separate washrooms.
  
• Bedroom: Sliding balcony that folds in while moving, huge windows for a view that could make anyone stop and stare.

Custom Power System

Powering all these gadgets when the truck is parked is no joke. Here’s the setup:

• Split AC Unit: Keeps roof space free for storage.
  
• Lithium Battery: Custom 400 Amp-hour battery to run AC for about 12 hours and fridge for a full day.
  
• Inverter: Heavy-duty 3.5 KW transformer-based beast for long-term use.
  
• Generator: Silent Honda 1.8 KVA, tiny fuel consumption. There is also a smaller 1000-1200W option for lighter days.
